Jason Lang
President & CEO
For over two decades, Jason Lang has led predictiveIT (formerly Westshore Technologies) as President & CEO, driving the company’s growth through innovation, strategic leadership, and a steadfast commitment to client success.
A seasoned expert in IT services, Jason brings deep experience in operations, finance, and business development — along with a passion for helping businesses use technology to grow stronger and smarter. His leadership combines strategic vision with hands-on collaboration, fostering lasting partnerships and real-world results.
Jason is a graduate of Southwest Florida College and holds professional certifications including CCNA, CCSP, MCSE, and CSE.
Jared Wilson
Director of Sales & Marketing
Jared has led successful teams in various settings from Retail, Telesales, Consumer & Business Sales. His strength is building a winning culture through Diversity & Inclusion and bringing the best out of his team members. Jared’s five-year career with Comcast started in the consumer space as a Technical Support Supervisor. Then he spent the last four years at Comcast on the business side as a Manager of Sales Engineers & then SMB Sales Director. He left Comcast in 2022 to relocate to Tampa, FL to join predictiveIT for an opportunity to transform and grow the Sales & Marketing team.
Nick Crim
General Manager Administration
As General Manager of Administration, Nick Crim plays a vital role on predictiveIT’s Leadership Team, helping drive the company’s mission to deliver reliable, proactive, and people-centered IT solutions. With over two years at predictiveIT, Nick oversees key administrative operations — including accounting and human resources — ensuring the organization runs efficiently and supports both team and client success.
Nick holds a degree in Finance and Risk Management Insurance from Florida State University. He began his career in facility management before transitioning into the IT services industry, where he continues to combine operational insight with a passion for helping businesses thrive.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his family and staying active on the tennis court.
Chris Shaw
Service Manager
With more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Chris Shaw brings deep technical expertise and a proven commitment to customer-focused service. After earning his Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification, Chris transitioned into IT following early roles in service and retail — experiences that shaped his collaborative, solutions-driven approach to client support.
Chris built his technical foundation at Essilor of America, advancing from help desk support to datacenter technician. He then joined Siemens Business Services, where he supported Verizon employees and later worked as a Verizon FiOS installation technician.
For the past 12+ years, Chris has been an integral part of the predictiveIT team. Beginning as a desktop support technician, his leadership, reliability, and dedication to excellence led to his promotion to Service Manager — a role he has proudly held for the past four years. Chris continues to help clients and colleagues succeed by ensuring their technology performs at its best, every day.
Dave Fulda
Senior Project Engineer
For over a decade, Dave Fulda has served as a Senior Project Engineer at predictiveIT, where he specializes in system architecture and migration. Dave brings extensive experience in designing scalable infrastructures and leading complex technology transitions that help businesses adapt, modernize, and grow with confidence.
An accomplished engineer, Dave is passionate about building future-ready systems that align with long-term business goals. He excels at guiding organizations through challenging technology transformations — always with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and reliability.
Outside of work, Dave channels his creativity through cooking, guitar, and photography, and enjoys spending quality time with his family.
Bailey Lang
Marketing and Sales Director

Bailey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Florida Atlantic University, where she developed expertise in market analysis, brand strategy, and customer relationship management. At predictiveIT, she applies these skills to connect organizations with technology solutions that align with their goals and enhance operational efficiency.
Outside of work, Bailey values creativity and balance. She enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga, and pursuing personal growth through wellness and mindfulness.
Marcus Hill
Service Desk Engineer
Marcus Hill serves as a Service Desk Engineer at predictiveIT, where he combines technical expertise with a genuine passion for helping people. Known for his problem-solving skills and clear communication, Marcus makes complex issues easy to understand and ensures clients receive reliable, high-quality support every time.
After serving in the military, Marcus was inspired by a high school teacher to pursue a career in technology. He earned both an associate degree in Computer Technology and a bachelor’s degree, building the foundation for a successful career in IT. Over the years, he has provided support across a variety of companies and institutions, earning a reputation for patience, persistence, and loyalty.
Guided by his personal philosophy — “Treat people the way you would want to be treated” — Marcus approaches every interaction with professionalism, empathy, and dedication to client success. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, hosting friends, driving his Slingshot, and relaxing with movies and sports.

Account Manager
With over a decade of experience in client service and relationship management, Jackie Lang serves as an Account Manager at predictiveIT, where she focuses on building trusted partnerships and ensuring businesses receive the IT solutions and support they need to thrive. Jackie specializes in account management, communication, and client success — helping organizations navigate their technology needs with clarity and confidence.

Drawn to the IT field by a desire for growth and change, Stephanie has built a career rooted in curiosity, adaptability, and connection. Known by colleagues as knowledgeable, kind, and honest, she approaches every challenge with patience and professionalism. Guided by her personal principle — “Always do your best in everything that you do and treat people with kindness” — Stephanie exemplifies predictiveIT’s commitment to service that blends technical excellence with genuine care.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys reading, gardening, and watching documentaries, and finds joy in keeping things organized. A dedicated reader, she’s recently been hooked on Hooked by Michael Moss and James Patterson’s Confessions series.
Chris Clark
vCIO
Chris Clark is a seasoned professional with a rich background in Information Technology consulting and strategic account management. Over his nearly two decades in IT, and mostly working for MSPs, he has developed his skills in cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders and consistently driving remarkable year-over-year revenue growth.
His journey began as a hands-on technical network administrator and engineer, where he gained invaluable insights into infrastructure and technology solutions’ practical implementation. Recognizing the profound impact of technology on addressing business challenges, he transitioned into business technology consulting, leveraging his technical expertise to communicate the value of IT solutions effectively. Before joining predictiveIT, he held various roles, each contributing to his diverse skill set. Outside of the workplace, Chris enjoys working out regularly and engaging in sports including swimming, biking, jogging, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT).
